RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Returns

All purchases made through the EnviroGuard Technologies store may be returned unopened within 15 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Items must be in their original, unopened packaging and in complete condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.

To start a return, contact us with your order number. We will provide instructions and the return address.

Refunds

Once we have received your return and confirmed it is complete and unopened, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Warranty Claims

Fully assembled monitors are covered by a 12-month limited warranty. See our Terms of Service for full warranty details.
