These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made through the EnviroGuard Technologies online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in [USD] and are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at checkout. Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and shipped.

VAT and Customs Duties

You may be subject to local VAT, import taxes, and customs duties upon delivery. These costs vary depending on the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. EnviroGuard Technologies has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs office before placing your order.

Warranty

Monitor kits: We are unable to provide a warranty on monitor kits, as components may be damaged during customer assembly. Please follow the assembly instructions carefully.

Assembled monitors: Fully assembled monitors come with a 12-month limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.

Product Information

We make every effort to display our products and their specifications accurately. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time without prior notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EnviroGuard Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
