Processing Time

Orders are shipped approximately 1 to 3 weeks after receipt of payment. You will receive an order confirmation by email once your payment has been processed.

Delivery Time

Delivery takes approximately 2 to 3 weeks to most destinations, including North America, Europe, and Australia. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.

VAT and Customs Duties

International orders may be subject to local VAT, import taxes, and customs duties upon delivery. These charges vary by destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. EnviroGuard Technologies has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided at checkout, or because it was unclaimed, we can reship it at the customer's expense or refund the order minus the original shipping cost.
